Bill is a Sarasota native following in the proud family tradition of helping others through the practice of law. He is the fifth generation of lawyers to serve this community, practicing in the same location where his grandfather and great-grandfather started their legal practice in 1925.

He is proud to continue to serve the Sarasota community where he was born and raised. He graduated from Riverview High School with the class of 1977 and continues to show his commitment to the school through his service on the Riverview Foundation Board, of which he is the current President. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Government from Florida State University in 1981 and studied law at Stetson University, College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in May of 1984. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984 and the Sarasota County Bar Association.

Bill is committed to helping the Sarasota community through his practice as a Florida Personal Injury Attorney. He is a long-time member of the Florida Justice Association, an organization devoted to the representation of injured party's rights in Florida. He cares about his personal injury clients and the community he serves and fights for their rights with insurance companies and in court.
