He is the Chair of the firm's Real Estate and Finance Practice Group for the firm's Kentucky and Indiana offices. He brings significant bond counsel and commercial lending experience to help clients dealing with letter of credit, real estate and commercial leasing issues. His lending practice extends to the area of New Markets Tax Credits and also to the representation of Special Assets Divisions for institutional lenders in crafting commercial loan restructures and work-outs. More than Stites & Harbison Bill has served as president of Harmony Landing Country Club and currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors, an Elder to Westport Road Church of Christ, on the board of St. Matthews Little League, and as a volunteer recorder for Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic ("RFB&D"), a national organization for the visually impaired. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies.
