Bill Joyce is a Board Certified Aviation Law Specialist as certified by The Florida Bar. He was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 1988, in Florida in 1995, and in Texas in 2006. Mr. Joyce joined Jones Walker in 1988 after retiring from the United States Navy, where he was a Naval Aviator and Surface Warfare Officer. His practice focuses predominantly on litigation related to commercial and general aviation, as well as product liability matters for aircraft engine and component manufacturers, operators, and maintenance facilities. Mr. Joyce is a commercial pilot, helicopter and fixed-wing, and instrument rated. He has handled numerous bench and jury trials in state and federal courts in Louisiana, Texas, and Florida.
