Trial Experience

During the course of my practice I have tried dozens of jury trials to verdict and tried in excess of 1600 non-jury trials. As the Courts mandate that all dissolution of marriage cases be mediated prior to trial, I have extensive mediation experience and I am skilled in negotiation. I have a unique perspective on that process as I am also a Supreme Court certified Family Law Mediator and a Supreme Court certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Personal interests

I am an avid runner and compete in ultra marathons, marathons, half-marathons and 5K races. My best marathon time to date is 3:51 in Tallahassee in 2008. Since the birth of my daughter in 2011 I am lucky to get a decent 5K time. Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator
