He has litigated cases in numerous states throughout the country in all three areas as well as several Product Liability cases. His work has taken him throughout the United States and to Canada and England. In addition, Mr. Ellis has engaged in preventative law, examining several new products to evaluate safety issues, marketing materials and warnings related to these new products. He has over 30 years of experience in Litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and has been selected as one of Ohio's top Lawyers as determined by Cincinnati Magazine each year since 2004. |
