Practice/Industry Group Overview

We have a large team based in the UK and US.  We currently provide legal services to approximately 750 estates and trusts worldwide including many of considerable value and complexity.

Our team offers a comprehensive range of probate, legal, accounting and management services. With offices in the US, Europe and Asia, we continually deal with the international aspects of probate and succession, especially in cases involving cross-border tax issues.

Trusts are hugely useful for efficient wealth and succession planning if they are properly set up and managed. If required, our in-house trust corporation, WITCO, is available to act as executor or trustee for UK wills and trusts, but we are equally happy to provide legal and management services only for professional or family trustees.

We work with a broad range of clients, including professional and individual trustees, executors and administrators, banks, and beneficiaries (both individuals and charities). For clients new to their role, we can offer guidance on their duties, rights and obligations as trustees, executors or beneficiaries.
