Biography

Mr. Bennett, a member of the firm's business law practice group, represents clients in corporate and commercial matters.

He has extensive experience in a wide range of business matters including real estate, commercial and energy lending, ship construction and documentation, ship mortgage and marine financing, secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, distributorship and sales representative agreements, and gaming law.

He belongs to several of the leading national, state and local banking, finance and gaming professional associations. Mr. Bennett is a member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and has written and spoken about legal issues affecting the riverboat gaming industry.
