A member of the Insurance Group, Yelena Shneyderman represents major insurance carriers. She focuses her insurance defense practice on coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. Yelena handles a wide range of insurance policies, such as commercial general liability, directors and officers, property, homeowners and automobile. She is experienced with all aspects of bad faith litigation, from the early stages of discovery to preparation of a motion for summary judgment. In addition, she counsels insurers who are seeking declaratory judgment concerning various coverage disputes. Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Yelena handled a wide variety of appellate cases in both state and federal courts. She was also involved in the defense of professional malpractice matters.
