Yvan Morin is a partner in the Ottawa office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Yvan carries on a broad corporate commercial practice regularly advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and their associated financing and on complex commercial agreements. In addition, he assists clients with the reorganization and restructuring of corporations, partnerships and other entities, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
He also has particular industry experience in the elder care sector including seniors housing and long-term care facilities and has advised extensively on structuring, acquiring, selling and financing seniors residential housing.
Yvan is fluently bilingual and practises in both official languages.
