Professional Experience: Mr. Veenstra concentrates his practice on the defense of professional negligence claims and has tried hundreds of jury trials. He is a speaker and author for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Veenstra was designated as Burlington County's 2005 Professional Lawyer of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association's Commission on Professionalism in the Law. Professional Activities and Memberships: · Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Defense Association, the Defense Research Institute, Inc., the American Arbitration Association, and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey · Mr. Veenstra served as a chairman of the Judicial Evaluation Committee and the Municipal Court Committee for the Burlington County Bar Association, has served on numerous state and local bar and judicial committees, and is a federal and state arbitrator. · Mr. Veenstra is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and past president of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.
