Yves Jobin is a partner in our Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Montréal. Mr. Jobin's practice focuses on business law and securities. He is currently director of our Translation Department and as such, oversees translation mandates received from clients and from all of McCarthy Tétrault's offices. He represents clients before regulatory authorities including the Autorité des marchés financiers. Mr. Jobin has more than 20-years experience in legal translation. He received his bachelor's degree (Translation) from Université Laval in 1977 and received his bachelor of law from Université de Montréal in 1984. Mr. Jobin was called to the Québec bar in 1985. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. |
