CSB dealt with all of the issues at hand in a concise objective manner and helped guide us through a potential shareholder litigation that could have forced the business into bankruptcy. Through the help of their advice we managed to create a win-win situation for both sides and avoid court.

Services from Zammit & Associates mainly consisted of assistance in connection with the application for a Financial Institution License. I did not manage to find this service in the list of legal practice areas under (2) above.

Andrew Zammit and his team helped our group (i) to successfully takeover a gaming company in Malta, (ii) obtain a gaming licence from the Maltese gaming authority and (iii) obtain an electronic money institution licence from the Maltese FSA.
Very good job at handling the regulators and helping us prepare the documents needed. Thanks to Andrew and Richard, we managed to succeed on all our projects.
