Zing Bai is an associate in Cadwalader's Financial Services Department. Zing represents both financial institutions and "buy-side" market participants in drafting and negotiating clearing, securities lending, repo, prime brokerage, derivatives, and other trading and financing documentation. She also counsels clients on the adherence and compliance with the ISDA Dodd-Frank Protocols.
Zing is a contributor to the Annotated Reference Guide to the MSLA, the Annotated Reference Guide to the MRA, the Annotated Reference Guide to the MSFTA and the Annotated Reference Guide to the ISDA Master Agreement. She co-teaches the Master Financial Contracts course in the New York Law School with Steven Lofchie.
Previously, Zing worked as a summer associate at UBS Investment Bank in Stamford, CT and New York City. She also full-time interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement in New York City.
Zing earned her B.S. and M.B.A., with distinction, from Hawaii Pacific University and her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
