Zing Bai is an associate in the Financial Services Group. Zing represents both sell-side and buy-side market participants in drafting and negotiating derivatives, prime brokerage, repo, securities lending and other clearing, trading and financing documentation. She also counsels clients on the adherence to and compliance with the ISDA Dodd-Frank Protocols.
Zing is a contributor to the Annotated Reference Guide to the MSLA, the Annotated Reference Guide to the MRA, the Annotated Reference Guide to the MSFTA and the Annotated Reference Guide to the ISDA Master Agreement. She co-teaches the Master Financial Contracts course at the New York Law School with Steven Lofchie.
Previously, Zing worked as a summer associate at UBS Investment Bank in Stamford, CT and New York City. She also full-time interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, in New York City.
Zing earned her B.S. and M.B.A., with distinction, from Hawaii Pacific University and her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
