On May 28, 2003, President Bush signed into law the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 (the "Act"), which is being touted as the third largest tax cut package in U.S. history. The attached legal alert is about the new tax cut. It will provide immediate rate reductions and other tax incentives.
