Consumer complaints about casino advertising have become headline news. The Las Vegas Sun recently reported growing numbers of complaints to the Nevada Gaming Control Board (the "Board"). The Board has announced plans for seminars with casinos to discuss concerns about potentially misleading advertising practices.
