For nearly twenty years, trade creditors and their counsel have bemoaned the evisceration of the vendor's reclamation remedy. However, on July 17, 2008, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals gave trade creditors something to smile about when it issued its opinion in Phar-Mor, Inc. v. McKesson Corporation, ___F.3d ___, 2008 WL 2756588.
