Asesores Legales CP is the legal firm of corporations, companies and non profit and charitable organizations, especially international. Modernity, efficiency, clear and practical advisory, with preventive approach, are the real measures by which a large number of international clients have been permanently consulting, judging and recommending us over the years. Our principal areas of activity are the setting up and advisory to non-profit organizations and private companies, commercial issues, commercial negotiation, tax law, labour law, pharmaceutical patents and intellectual property.

The firm has acted in many international multimillion dollar deals, including the whole recent constitution and consolidation of the Principal Recipient in Bolivia of the Global Fund to Fight the AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria; also acted for Sweden Telephone AB during its winning bid to install a national satellite-based system for the National Customs Office. Further clients include: Ibis Dinamarca, Hivos Foundation, CARE, BCP, Coordinator of International NGOs - CONGI, Checchi Inc., Welt Hunge Hilfe - Agro Accion Alemana, Clínica del Sur SRL, Servicios Eléctricos Potosí S.A., many USAID contractors, and most of the insurance brokers in the market. Our Insurance business is undertaken in alliance with the London-based Gilbert Consulting Ltd, a leader in its field.

2008 is the year of a programmed opening of a branch office in Santa Cruz, a regional hub in the commercial field.
