Yesterday, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN") issued an advisory ("Advisory") to inform financial institutions that FinCEN's Advisory FIN-2008-A003, issued on March 20, 2003 ("2003 Advisory"), regarding the area of Cyprus administered by Turkish Cypriots ("Northern Cyprus"), has been withdrawn.
