Yesterday, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network ("FinCEN") announced that it will implement Suspicious Activity Report ("SAR") acknowledgements ("Acknowledgements") for Bank Secrecy Act electronic filing ("BSA E-Filing") submissions in September 2009 ("Announcement").
