On March 4, 2004, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a proposed rule regarding competitive acquisition of outpatient drugs and biologicals paid for under Part B of the Medicare program (70 Fed. Reg. 10746-10773, March 4, 2005). Comments to the proposed rule must be submitted by April 26, 2005.
