Physician and Medical Facility Not Liable Under ADA for Employee's Job Loss |

Doctors and other medical treatment facilities in certain states breathed a sigh of relief last month when the Sixth Circuit ruled that they may not be covered entities under the Americans With Disabilities Act simply by providing physical examination services for employers.
