European Union REACH Deadline Quickly Approaching Many U.S. Companies Will Be Impacted |

The European Union's new chemicals regulation system called Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (REACH) is now in effect. REACH applies to new and existing chemicals manufactured in or supplied to the EU in quantities of 1 metric ton or greater per year.
