Apple and Others Settle Copyright Suit Over Eminem Song |

Companies representing rap star Eminem have agreed to settle for an undisclosed sum a lawsuit filed against Apple Computer and others over the alleged use of an Eminem song in an advertisement for the Apple's iTunes music service.
