Jack Grynberg and his corporate entities recently filed suit against BP, StatoilHydro ASA, British Gas, and related defendants in an unusual case implicating the FCPA. See Grynberg v. BP P.L.C., No. 08-301 (D.D.C. Feb. 21, 2008).
