About this office:
Successful evolution over the years has made it that De Las Carreras & Chaloupka enjoys the capabilities of expert professionals in the technical and legal issues concerning patents, trademarks, models, designs, copyright, software, license agreements and litigious cases connected with, or arising from, these most valuable assets. Excellent connections with colleagues of other Latin American countries allow us to attend to such professional work in the whole area, which often simplifies the handling of these property rights by clients who do not wish to spend time and other resources in dealing directly with individual offices in all concerned countries. In each of them we work with at least three well-known affiliate offices, which avoid conflicts of interests, mainly in trademark matters.
We hope to maintain and increase our quality standards in the years to come, for mutually rewarding relationships with our many clients who range from individual entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations engaged in industry, commerce, finance and services.
