On July 23, 2012, ALJ E. James Gildea issued Order Nos. 24-26 in Certain Blu-Ray Disc Players, Components Thereof and Products Containing Same (Inv. No. 337-TA-824). In Order No. 24, ALJ Gildea granted a joint motion filed by Complainant Walker Digital, LLC (“Walker Digital”) and Respondents Pioneer Corp. and Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. to terminate the investigation based on a settlement agreement. In Order No. 25, ALJ Gildea granted a joint motion filed by Walker Digital and Respondents Sharp Corp. and Sharp Electronics Corp. to terminate the investigation based on a settlement agreement. In Order No. 26, ALJ Gildea granted a joint motion filed by Walker Digital and Respondents Samsung Electronics America, Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. to terminate the investigation based on a settlement agreement. The Investigation remains pending against other Respondents.
