U.S. House of Representatives Adopts New "Plan Asset Vehicle" Definition |

On December 15th, the U.S. House of Representatives adopted a bill (the Pension Protection
Act of 2005), which would amend certain provisions of the Employee Retirement Income
Security Act of 1974, as amended ("ERISA"), and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as
amended (the "Code"). This bill includes three significant changes to the "plan asset vehicle"
definition.
