Supreme Court to Decide FMLA Question

For the first time, the U.S. Supreme Court will decide a case involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The Court will hear oral argument in the case of Ragsdale v. Wolverine Worldwide, Inc., to resolve a split among the federal circuit courts over the validity of a Department of Labor (DOL) regulation interpreting the FMLA.
