Supreme Court Limits Time Employees Have to Sue for Pay Discrimination

This week, a closely divided U.S. Supreme Court decided to limit an employee's ability to sue her employer for pay discrimination based upon decisions made years earlier in Ledbetter v. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
