The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has recently issued a notice of proposed rulemaking which seeks to increase the Commission's oversight over intrastate natural gas pipelines and other non-jurisdictional sellers of natural gas. FERC Docket Nos. RM07-10-000 and AD06-11-000.
