Liquefied Natural Gas Limited announced that the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline LLC’s application for the Lake Charles Expansion Project. FERC established an August 1, 2014 deadline by which interested parties must formally intervene or submit comments on the filing. The FERC approval process for the Lake Charles Expansion Project will run parallel with FERC’s review of the Magnolia LNG Project.
