In mid-October 2007, Senator Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Senator John Warner (R-VA) introduced S. 2191, the Lieberman-Warner America's Climate Security Act. On December 5, 2007, the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) reported S. 2191 out of Committee.
