Challenge to EPA Remedy Survives Dismissal |

In the latest twist to a long-standing citizen challenge to an EPA-sanctioned CERCLA action, on March 11, 2008, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana held that a citizen suit would not be dismissed, and EPA will have to "rely on its defenses."
