Technical minds. To meet the needs of companies that manufacture, distribute or use chemicals worldwide, we have assembled a strong team of attorneys in key disciplines with degrees in chemistry, chemical engineering, computer science, medicine and other technical areas. There are more than 20 Ph.D.s on staff.

Represented chemical companies as well as large "trade groups" of chemical manufacturers in a variety of personal injury and property damage toxic tort cases, including suits claiming personal injury as a result of occupational chemical exposure. The firm has handled hundreds of cases and litigated cases involving a wide variety of chemicals and substances, including ammonia, asbestos, benzene, butadiene, chlordane, chlorine, chrome, dioxin, ethylene oxide, hydrogen sulfide, insulating materials, lead, MTBE, silica, solvents, sulfur dioxide, and various herbicides and pesticides.

We been involved in over 200 chemically-related patents and published applications since August 2000. A sampling of those patents and applications include: Method for producing a stabilized aqueous alkali metal-2-hydroxy-4,6-dichloro-s-triazine solution and the use thereof
