Fulbright & Jaworski's Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group encompasses one of the largest concentrations of intellectual property attorneys in the country. When it becomes necessary to litigate, Fulbright and Jaworski is prepared to vigorously defend our clients' interests. With many years of experience litigating patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters, we are skilled in communicating complicated technical and legal issues to judges and juries at both the federal and state levels. A number of attorneys in this group have individually tried dozens of complex cases to juries. Our group includes members of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a number of our attorneys have clerked for federal and state judges at the trial and appellate levels.
