  International Bar Association's Arbitration Day February 12, 2004 Fulbright partner and co-head of Fulbright's International Practice Group, C. Mark Baker, has been invited to participate in the International Bar Association's day long conference, "The Contribution of Latin America to the Development of a New Arbitration Culture." Baker will be a part of a panel discussing "How to accommodate divergent cultural expectations" during the afternoon session of this important international conference on Arbitration. , February 12, 2004
