New regulations proposed by the US Treasury Department to implement the Foreign Investment and National Security Act of 2007 (FINSA) will improve certainty for parties involved in the process by which the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) reviews foreign investments in US businesses for national security concerns.
