In American International Group, Inc. v. Greenberg, No. 769, 2009 WL 1684808 (Del. Ch. June 17, 2009), the Delaware Chancery Court dismissed a derivative action brought by AIG shareholders against insurance companies and brokerage firms that allegedly participated with AIG in a bid-rigging conspiracy to carve up the market for certain insurance contracts.
