In American Casualty Co. of Reading, PA v. Miller, 2008 WL 223456 (Cal. App. 2d Jan 29, 2008), a California Court of Appeal upheld the application of a commercial general liability policy's pollution exclusion to bar coverage for bodily injuries resulting from methylene chloride discharged into the sewer system by a furniture stripping business.
