In-house counsel shoulder significant responsibility when guiding a pharmaceutical product rollout. Having to conform to the laws of many countries makes the job even harder, as counsel need to be aware of intellectual property rights, trademark strategies and liability exposure. Yet despite the burden counsel face, too many companies are forging ahead underprepared to meet the challenge of launching a product in many countries.
