Labor Board Clarifies Status of Charge Nurses |

Whether a charge nurse is considered a supervisor or not is an important, but confused, issue in healthcare union
organizing. On September 29, the National Labor Relations Board announced two decisions which attempt to bring some
clarity to this question.
