USCIS Published Interim Rule Lifting One-Year Limitation on EADs

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS" or "BCIS") has issued an interim rule with request for comments regarding issuance of extended-period Employment Authorization Documents ("EAD"s). Through this rule, USCIS will have discretion to modify EAD validity periods.
