Many retailers have followed the National Federation for the Blind vs. Target Corporation litigation with interest. After all, the obligation to make primarily visual and audio driven websites accessible to sight and hearing impaired persons is a bit counterintuitive. Now, companies have nearly 10 million reasons to make adaptations to their websites to accommodate patrons with such disabilities.
