Georgia HB 110 to Provide Uniform Process for Registering Foreclosed Real Property

The Georgia Legislature recently passed and presented to the Governor for signature HB 110, which creates a uniform framework for the creation of municipal foreclosure registries. If signed by the Governor, HB 110—proposed O.C.G.A. 44-14-14—will become law on July 1, 2012.
