The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 |

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 became law on July 30, 2002. The Act imposes a broad variety of new obligations on publicly traded companies, including companies which have registered debt securities pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and foreign issuers, as well as the audit committees, directors and executive officers of such Issuers.
