SEC Publishes Interpretative Release on the Use of Corporate Web Sites |

Since the issuance by the SEC in 2000 of its release on the use of electronic media as a means of satisfying certain delivery requirements under the federal securities laws and the promulgation of Regulation FD, the markets have witnessed a dramatic increase in the use of electronic media, including the internet, as a key vehicle for dissemination of information.
