On July 30, 2002, President Bush signed into law the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (the Act), which, among other things, amended Subsection 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the Exchange Act), to provide for expedited disclosure of insider transactions and mandatory electronic filing of certain Section 16 reports.
