Taylor Law Partners LLP is a partnership of experienced trial attorneys. The firm was established by W.H. Taylor and Michael H. Mashburn in 1986, and was at that time known as Mashburn & Taylor. In November 2000, Mr. Mashburn was elected to the position of Circuit Judge, and the firm was subsequently named the Taylor Law Firm. The firm as a whole has a general trial practice, and each respective attorney concentrates in various fields of law. The firm's attorneys practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts. The principal areas of the firm's practice would include civil law, criminal law, and family law.
