Did you hear? Today, March 19, marks Kick Butts Day -- a day dedicated to standing out, speaking up, and seizing control against Big Tobacco. Not only do we owe it to ourselves to finally kick the habit, but a tobacco-free tomorrow is something for our children to surely look forward to.

Tobacco smoke and asbestos exposure are ingredients in the recipe for respiratory disaster! Exposure to both asbestos fibers and tobacco smoke can do a world of harm to your body on their own, but the risk for lung disease increases dramatically when you combine the two.

Consider kicking your tobacco habit today. Whether you have been exposed to asbestos or not, you will immediately add years back onto your life.
