DOJ Replaces Thompson Memorandum With McNulty Memorandum

On December 12, 2006, the Department of Justice announced its long-awaited replacement for the Thompson Memorandum, which since January 23, 2003 has set forth principles for determining when federal prosecutors will charge a corporation with a crime based on the conduct of employees or officers.
